Larry joined the then Parking Association of Australia in 1990 and was elected to the Committee in 1992. He served for 16 years as a Director and 6 years as President of the association, following his election in 2008. Larry was instrumental in taking the association from strength to strength, notably the rebranding to Parking Australia and the policy development and profile of the national body. He also steered the association through a new corporate structure and facilitated engagement of major parking partners.
Glen served voluntarily on the Association Committee for a period of more than 20 years, of which 10 of these he served as President. In 1988 he was one of the very first to be elected to the committee of the newly formed PAA and he prompted the first business plan for the association in 1993.
