Stuart has a track record in building and transforming operating models for member-based organisations across Australia, and developing sustainable futures through robust control and governance. His former roles include General Manager – Industry Development at Bus Victoria (BusVic) and CEO of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).
Trish has just commenced the role of Operations Manager with Parking Australia. Trish is an experienced Administrator/Coordinator with strong expertise in industries ranging from, Consumer Healthcare to FMCG and Pharmaceuticals, having spent the last 10 years with Johnson & Johnson (and its associated entities) as Training and Development Coordinator, Sales Support Administrator and more. Trish works on a part-time basis for Parking Australia and her main priority is to grow and sustain Parking Australia membership through coordination of various projects and initiatives as well as providing administration support.
Steph works with the CEO to co-ordinate and produce Parking Australia’s member communications and digital resources for the association’s events and biennial conferences. She co-ordinates and produces Parking Australia’s monthly e-newsletter, the Parking Insider, in addition to event invitations and other email communications. She is also responsible for managing the content of Parking Australia’s website and assists in developing Parking Australia’s marketing collateral.
Angelo and the team at Silver & Young joined Parking Australia in 2013. Silver & Young provides the financial services and accounting required to support the association?s management team. Angelo has 12 years Chartered Accounting experience brings a technical edge to Silver & Young. His varied experience includes both working in the ?growth solutions? section of a top tier firm (Deloitte) and in boutique chartered firms. Business growth has been a priority in Angelo?s work since the beginning. His varied experience means that he has the knowledge required to provide specialist advice and support to businesses and the depth and procedures needed to implement success.
Leyon Parker joined the Parking Australia Committee in 1994 and held the position of President between 2000 and 2009. He holds professional qualifications in Civil Engineering and Post Graduate qualifications in Local Government Engineering and Management.
Leyon was employed as the Group Manager of Road and Traffic Engineering at Hobart City Council where his position included responsibility for road engineering assets and policy, traffic engineering and the management of the Council’s on and off street parking supply. This includes a delegated authority from the Tasmanian State Government for approving all controlled parking allocations.
