The Parking Australia board have approved a three-year strategic plan. The plan builds on our purpose of being able to connect, represent and deliver to our members.
Board members are elected by the membership at the association's Annual General Meeting, normally for a term of 2 years, but directors can be re-elected for 2 further terms of 2 years each. The board includes a representative from each state and territory in Australia.
CEO Stuart Norman has a track record in building and transforming operating models for member-based organisations across Australia, and developing sustainable futures through robust control and governance.
In July 2014 a Special General Meeting unanimously passed a resolution to make Parking Australia a Commonwealth Company Limited by Guarantee. A new constitution for Parking Australia Limited was signed in September 2014.
