ptc. expands its presence in Latin America
ptc. has been providing advice to various clients in Latin America, including different retailer groups, for a number of years. Their current project – a shopping centre in Chile’s Santiago, with over 5,000 parking spaces, comprises different areas of parking consultancy, including parking design, traffic flow, communication and wayfinding.
In connection with this, an article was recently published in the Industria del Estacionamiento Profesional, International Parking Institute’s (IPI) Spanish-language magazine.In the article ‘Integrando la primera y última impresión de su cliente’ ptc. discuss the customer’s parking journey from arrival at the car park’s entrance to finding the exit and all the stages in between.
The article highlights the importance of the car park as a source of differentiation in the retail arena, and the parking experience as a significant positive or negative impact on customer’s overall satisfaction levels.
The publication follows Cristina Lynn’s presentation about retail parking and the customer journey at the 7th Latam Retail Congresshop, in Santiago, Chile, in October last year.
