ADVAM becomes part of Transaction Network Services
ADVAM has announced that it has entered an agreement to be acquired, pending regulatory approval, by Transaction Network Services (TNS), a global provider of managed data communications and interoperability solutions to the payments, financial and telecommunications industries.
ADVAM is a leader in payment solutions, delivering unattended payments and ecommerce solutions to the parking, airport, shopping centre, government and self-service sectors. Headquartered in Adelaide, Australia and with European offices in Manchester, England, ADVAM has experienced significant growth, working with many of the leading organisations around the globe.
Through the acquisition by TNS, ADVAM will be supported in its global expansion. ADVAM plans to continue to develop its market leading solutions and focus on delivering exceptional customer service to its global client base.

There are no planned changes to the ADVAM business, or the customer agreements that it holds. ADVAM and TNS are committed to grow the ADVAM global business and TNS will be well placed to support from its global operations in Australia, UK and US, as well as its wider office network which spans the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific regions.

After completion of the transaction, ADVAM will continue to operate as a separate business and continue to deliver its market leading solutions to new and existing clients.
