Our panel:
Ed Morris
Ed Morris is the Chief Executive Officer of the Physical Disability Council of NSW (PDCN) and Chair of the NSW Disability Advocacy Network (NDAN). He has deep experience driving social change through championing lived experience and is dedicated to ensuring that opportunities and challenges raised by the disability community are addressed. Ed was previously a disability consultant, founding a consulting firm following his time at KPMG. He also has experience as a government adviser, academic, and non-profit director, Ed lives with multiple sclerosis, experiencing elements of physical and intellectual disability.
Ryan Nibloe
Ryan Nibloe is Manager of Social Policy at the City of Sydney, where he leads on access and inclusion initiatives across the City. He is originally from the UK, where he worked in disability policy advocacy for a not-for-profit in London. Ryan has also worked in planning and homelessness strategy with NSW government, and on advocacy for equity in the early childhood education and care space with the Victorian government.
Stacey Ryan
As Policy Manager at ITS Australia Stacey Ryan collaborates with industry and government to design and deliver equitable and inclusive transport and technology opportunities for all of us.
Dimitra Vlahomitros
Dimitra Vlahomitros is the Principal Advisor, Road Safety at the NRMA which advocates on behalf over 3.2 million members on road safety and transport issues. With over 20 years of road safety experience, Dimitra develops and leads high profile advocacy campaigns that aim to prevent the loss of life and serious injuries on our roads. She is also a spokesperson for the NRMA. Dimitra’s advocacy work has led to the introduction of a demerit point penalty for accessible parking offenders, the voluntary recall of a child car seat that catastrophically failed during crash testing, and the overhaul of the ACT Graduated Licensing System for young drivers, including a ban on mobile phone use while driving.
Before joining the NRMA in 2010, Dimitra worked for the NSW Government and the Royal Automobile Club of Victoria. Dimitra was the Australian World Youth Ambassador of Road Safety and presented her work on fatigue and young drivers at the First United Nations World Youth Assembly for Road Safety.

Angelique Mentis founded her parking business, thatsMYspot in 2009. Over the past 12 years, she has been reputably providing automated parking bollard products to individuals, B2B businesses and government, including association members.
Angelique has over 30 years business and industry experience, having practised as a highly respected finance lawyer both in Australia and internationally. She has developed and built residential and commercial property developments, including installing a car stacker in 2008. Angelique serves as a voluntary advisory board member of rCITI, the UNSW Research Centre for Integrated Transport Innovation.
