Ticketless parking with frictionless customer experience
With technology and consumers’ needs evolving rapidly, businesses need to continue to innovate and adopt a customer-centric approach. In a collaborative effort, Vicinity, SKIDATA and Transurban identified an opportunity to simplify the end-to-end car journey through the provision of a ticketless parking solution that delivers ease and convenience. Using cross-industry technology from the tolling industry and integrating into existing parking solutions, the parties implemented an experience that enabled customers to seamlessly access the Brisbane Myer Centre car park and pay for parking effortlessly with their tolling account.
