Harry is a transport planning and strategy consultant with Phillip Boyle & Associates. Since 2014 he has provided parking policy advice to developers, car share providers and local governments relating to on and off-street space, planning scheme requirements and the introduction and adjustment of behavioural fees for kerbside bays.
