Originating out of concerns about school safety Ipswich City Council and Sensen Networks have developed the most advanced capability Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system in the world for parking compliance. Two specially equipped vehicles are used across the city to collect evidence automatically that is compiled into potential Penalty Infringement Notices.
