Every month Parking Australia receives a few calls from members that are struggling to access our website resources. So we’ve put together a brief guide to assist our members with the logging in process:
1) When you join Parking Australia online you create your own login details as part of your account creation. You can use these details to log in at anytime and update your company details, upload your company logo to the members list or renew your membership subscription. Log in under?Update Your Account Details to do any of these things.
2) To access Parking Australia website resources such as the e-Library, presentations, members discounts and Parking Insider articles that require you log in, you will need to create a second login. You can use the same details as you did when you created your initial account, in fact we recommend that you use your email address as your username. Register for a member login here.
3) Already registered but can’t log in? If you’re receiving an error message that says your email address is ‘in use’ or ‘invalid’, it may be because you haven’t activated your account. When you register for a website login you’ll receive an email asking you to click on a link and activate your account. You won’t be able to log into the website until you have activated your account in this way.
