With more sources of raw data about customers available, organisations are faced with a flood of facts about not only existing customers, but also about those having experiences with their organisation.

Big data is just that: large volumes of information that can?t easily be manipulated using mainstream software or traditional analytics. There are no quick fixes to handling the volume or flow of big data. It?s a matter of finding and retaining the right people with the right skills who can help you look at your data, analyse it and effectively communicate the insights that are buried beneath the deluge of data.
