Graham is the Director of Asset Management at Curtin University in WA. Parking became a part of his portfolio in September 2006, and he has been actively involved in raising its profile since then.
Parking at Curtin has the lowest satisfaction ranking of all services, and Graham has been actively introducing changes – including changing from permits to pay-as-you-go parking – to improve the level of satisfaction. Graham is also involved in developing alternatives to single-occupant vehicles such as public transport and car pooling. He has appreciated the support of PA members during these change processes.
Graham was one of the initiators of, and a member of the organising committee of, the inaugural Tertiary Parking Management Workshop in 2009. Graham has qualifications and experience in management, computing and education. He is a keen, but not very good golfer, and good, but not very keen, gardener.
