Customer data specialist to speak at PACE 2021

Parking Australia has confirmed a second keynote speaker for PACE 2021. David Whittle, co-founder and CEO of Lexer, an Australian-made software company, will speak at the Parking Australia Convention & Exhibition (PACE) on Tuesday 24 August.

Lexer specialises in helping consumer brands to collect, connect and enrich customer data to generate greater insight, improved marketing effectiveness and personalised customer experiences. Their customer base includes Quicksilver, Ripcurl, Ninewest, Ben Sherman and many other iconic brands.

David will present a keynote session on the transformational impact of a data-first operating culture. David will explore how most of the data we generate is neglected, ignored and ultimately wasted, impacting on corporations and the humble consumer on a daily basis. The session will look at how innovative organisations are using human data to deliver insight and personalisation like never before.

Prior to founding Lexer in 2014, David spent a decade with M&C Saatchi, establishing the global digital practice, starting new agencies and ultimately becoming Managing Director of M&C Saatchi Group in Australia.

David was the co-founder or first employee of a series of tech companies that were acquired by Oracle, NetRatings, Dentsu and Omnicom.

He has also served on the Board of MYER (ASX:MYR) since late 2015, providing an entrepreneurial approach to encourage transformation.
